Dinant is recognized among The Best Places to Work in Central America and the Caribbean 2020
On February 7th in Panama City, Panama; Dinant was recognized by the Great Place To Work® Institute, as a multinational company considered among the Best Places to Work in Central America and the Caribbean 2020.
Our organization is characterized by the constant search for practices that impact on quality and continuous improvement, that is why in recent years has been carried out climate and culture studies by the hand of this prestigious aforementioned company , and today we can communicate with pride and satisfaction that Dinant is considered, among the Best Companies to Work for in the category of Multinational, due to the achievement in certifications in our operations of Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Dominican Republic.
The study for the 2020 ranking of the Central America & Caribbean region involved more than 130,000 respondents from 208 companies, with the aim of evaluating organizations in 5 dimensions (credibility, respect, impartiality, pride and companionship), and also analysed human capital processes, practices and policies.
This recognition is in addition to that already received in our operation of Dinant Honduras 2019, all this commits us to continue to make efforts to have the best working environments where trust in the company prevails, in our leaders and collaborators to continue to make Dinant A Great Place to Work, according to this it is planned to bring this practice to our headquarters in Guatemala and El Salvador.
