Plantain

Dinant has several agroindustrial production centers in Central America, Nandaime in Nicaragua being the major plantain planting center, which is raw material for the renown Snacks Zambos brand, which are elaborated in the processing plant of San Pedro Sula, Honduras.

There is a processing plant where the fruit is received, washed, sorted, peeled, and later packed in order to be shipped to the factory in a cold storage container, for its respective transformation.
