1000 drip irrigation acres in the Comayagua valley gives us the potential for developing highly technically qualified crops, as is the case of the Jalapeno Chili.

We presently grow approximately 50 acres of Jalapeno Chili per year, for the process of the Mount Dora Farms enterprise (formerly known as Chestnut Hill Farms), meeting the highest production, safety, and quality standards.

This product also serves as raw material for our ISSIMA and SCHILOS brand products.
