Dinant Presents Innovations in Human Resources Management
Tegucigalpa, April 4, 2019-. Dinant, a leading company in the region, made the official presentation of a new era in Human Resources management.
In a distinguished event held at the Convention Center of the Hotel Honduras Maya, Dinant Connect was presented, an innovative platform based on the SAP Success Factors system through which all the processes and management of the corporations human resources are streamlined.
As of today, more than 4,700 Dinant employees can use the platform to perform their tasks from their computer, tablet or cell phone, at any time of the day, thereby streamlining and optimizing the internal work processes of the company.
In addition, Dinant reported that thanks to its pillars of organizational culture, the Great Place to Work Institute, gave them the award as one of the 13 best companies to work in Honduras, which reaffirms the commitment to contribute to the development of its employees and of our country.
Finally, Dinant shares the good news of the renewal of its platform on LinkedIn, which has constant updates of detailed job offers that contribute, in a more reliable way, to the recruitment of human resources and the proper dissemination of their vacancies.
